Currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic FASTSIGNS sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve overall company objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities Company car or car allowance Retirement savings plan Paid vacation and sick leave Flexible work from home options available.
