Job Description Job Description Adams Services Co. #1 Heating and Cooling Experts in Tuscaloosa, AL We provide expert HVAC services for both residential and commercial clients. Our specialties include AC maintenance, furnace repair, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality solutions. Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm What You Will Be Doing: Perform residential and commercial retrofit/changeout installations Complete HVAC installations for new construction projects Lead jobsites and mentor installation helpers/apprentices Install duct systems, including sheet metal and flex ducting Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork Braze and test refrigerant line sets Install and test gas piping systems Perform system startups and troubleshoot installation issues Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism onsite Utilize ServiceTitan daily for job management and documentation What We Provide: Company Uniform Strong company values built on trust and professionalism Positive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and advancement Paid training for NATE Certification and Bryant Dealer training Monthly hands-on training in our shop One week off at Christmas or Thanksgiving Drinks, snacks, and a full kitchen in the break room Our Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 50% company paid for employee 6 Paid Holidays 1 week off for the week of Christmas or Thanksgiving 40 hours of PTO accrued 2 Paid Sick Days 401K with 3% company match Supplemental Insurance Options What We Are Looking For: 3 + years of HVAC installation experience - residential and/ or light commercial EPA universal Certification Lead experience - Desired Abile to lift up to 100lb with assistance High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
