Host
La Dolce Vita is currently seeking a host. Responsibilities include:
- Knowledgeable and warm attention to guest experience curation and reservations book management.
- Greeting all guests warmly and hospitably, noting VIPs and special guests.
- Providing notification of these guests to servers, managers, and chef.
- Developing and fostering guest relationships and clientele.
- Responding to guest emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Monitoring guest spaces for cleanliness.
- Providing a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues.
- Any other responsibilities delegated by management.
Qualifications:
- Polished, poised, and having a great sense of personal style.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High School diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and a minimum of 2+ years of applicable restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
La Dolce Vita is part of Call Mom Hospitality Group. Call Mom is an independent hospitality company that operates all of the food and beverage outlets at Graduate Seattle as well as Graduate Nashville, which includes White Limozeen (a highly acclaimed rooftop restaurant, pool, and bar), Cross-Eyed Critters Watering Hole (a karaoke bar featuring a trio of robotic musicians), and another Poindexter Coffee shop.
In Los Angeles, they are known for their award-winning cocktail and gaming bar, The Spare Room at the Hollywood Roosevelt (which was awarded "Best Hotel Bar in America" by Tales of the Cocktail), Los Angeles icon Genghis Cohen on Fairfax, and their all-day cafe concept, Winsome.
Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $24.00) plus tips
