Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment. This individual will serve as the face of the office while providing administrative and operational support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and enjoys supporting a variety of business functions. This role offers a balance of front-desk responsibilities, administrative support, customer service, and operational coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities Include: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Support multiple departments with administrative and operational tasks Assist with data entry, document management, and record maintenance Process and track commission-related documentation Support new business activities and application processing Monitor and manage shared email inboxes Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Digitize paper records and assist with document retention efforts Coordinate office supplies and general office administration Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Office Assistant, or Customer Service role Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and data entry accuracy Experience within insurance, financial services, or professional services environments Exposure to commissions processing, reconciliation, or accounting support Experience managing shared inboxes and administrative workflows Adobe Acrobat experience Experience with document digitization or records management
