We are looking for experienced emergency medicine Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA-C) to join our growing team!What We Offer:TECP offers a competitive compensation package, plus benefits for full-time providers that includes:Our compensation rates vary based on years of EM experience Entry Level (no EM experience) is $58/hour for the first 15 months of employment. After 15 months, the hourly rate will increase to $67 and you will be eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on productivity. The bonus for APPs brings the total hourly rate to an average of ~$104/hr.15 months+ of EM Experience is $67-$78/hour depending on level of experience.
