About the job As a Maintenance Technician at Alfa Laval, you’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities and equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a safety‑sensitive position that involves operating heavy equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts, requiring a strong commitment to safe work practices. Your work will span building and grounds upkeep, machine and tool maintenance, and hands‑on technical tasks across electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and machining disciplines. You’ll install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems—including cranes, hydraulics, and welding machines—while ensuring every activity meets our strict safety and certification standards. This role calls for a proactive problem‑solver with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. By maintaining reliable operations, you’ll help Alfa Laval continue pioneering positive impact through sustainable performance and technical excellence.
