The Cary Company is seeking an energetic and driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our business across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and portions of Ohio .

This territory includes an established customer base, warm inbound opportunities generated through our digital marketing efforts, and significant opportunity for new business development. You'll have the chance to build long-term customer relationships while representing a broad portfolio of packaging, containers, and filtration solutions.

Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
• Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses tied to growth, retention, and new business development
• Long-Term Income Opportunity: Successful territory representatives have the opportunity to earn well into six figures as they build and develop their territory

• Enjoys building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to customers
• Consistently wins new business while growing existing accounts
• Is comfortable spending time in the field meeting with customers throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and portions of Ohio
• Balances inbound opportunities with proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development
• Is curious and eager to learn products, markets, and customer applications
• Excels at quoting, negotiating, problem-solving, and closing opportunities
• Maintains a positive attitude and effectively manages multiple priorities
• Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement
• Resides within Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or the greater Pittsburgh region

For Pennsylvania, I would also strongly consider using the title Territory Account Manager instead of Territory Sales Representative. The territory already has existing customers, and that title tends to attract slightly stronger B2B candidates in the Pittsburgh market.
