A federally qualified community health center in Levy County ( northwest coast of Florida ) is adding family medicine physicians to its sites in Lake City, Live Oak, and Trenton, Florida.

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care with a Monday-Friday schedule
• Work in small group settings.
• See patients of all ages.
• Average of 18-20 patients per day
• Smart Scheduling with roughly 70% of visits pre-scheduled
• Group has needs in Lake City, Live Oak, and Trenton, FL
