We emphasize safety first!You must be able to physically maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position our technicians safely under our customers' cars.You must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities that involve holding, grasping, pulling and turning.While we will work to ensure the comfort of our work spaces, you will occasionally work in hot/cold weather conditions because of our open bay concept (weather permitting).You will need to have reliable transportation to/from work.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Paid time offEmployee & family discountSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityEducation: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience: Strong retail and customer-facing (Preferred)K&M Development, LLC is a franchisee in the Take 5 Oil Change network and is an equal opportunity employer.
