Senior Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities Develop, coordinate and execute results-based marketing programs, strategies and campaigns. Communicate the IFB brand and value proposition. Act as project manager for development, copywriting, and communicating client needs. Analyze media needs, negotiate with media outlets, and place media buys. Work special events such as conferences, fairs, farm shows. Requirements 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training. Extensive computer work. Periodic travel throughout the year. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing results-based marketing programs and strategies, with strong project management skills to coordinate client needs and media negotiations.
