IGTMS | Full-time | Remote, global | Design for IGTMS, Mark, Nicole, and the Down Market Product You will make strong ideas readable on a phone, credible to a founder, and ready for the people implementing them in GoHighLevel and Skool. What you will own Design weekly content for IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole across the approved launch calendar. Create podcast covers, YouTube thumbnails, guest cards, and promotional graphics. Design the Down Market Product landing page, application flow, booking journey, course library, and community visuals with the build team. Produce lead magnets, case studies, testimonials, sales proof, and conversion assets. Rebuild founder profiles, banners, featured assets, and service graphics with clear next steps. Maintain reusable templates and source files for the three public brands and the product launch. Test thumbnail and cover variations, then let performance guide the next version. What you bring A portfolio of shipped social, thumbnail, carousel, web, or landing page work for a real brand or founder. Web and conversion design experience, with live pages and results where available. Working fluency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Strong typography, hierarchy, platform sizing, crops, and safe-zone judgment. B2B taste: premium and clear without looking corporate or generic. Speed, good judgment, and the ability to take direct feedback without losing the brief. How we work Remote, global, with U.S. Eastern overlap and a 9:30 AM ET daily huddle. You will work closely with the Creative Lead, founders, video editor, social manager, and build team. We may begin with a paid trial project before a full-time offer. What success looks like at 90 days The application, landing, booking, course, community, and sales journeys are implemented on time. IGTMS, Mark, and Nicole have organized working templates and a clear visual system. The key visitor journey is easy to understand and ready for measured traffic. Thumbnail and cover tests have a baseline, and results inform revisions. Compensation Base plus performance bonus.
