Room Attendant (Housekeeper)We are hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers)! As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming.Responsibilities:Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.Update room status and complete required reports.Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.Qualifications:Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.Basic communication and guest service skills.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Benefits (Full Time Associates only):Competitive wagesMedical/Dental/Vision plans insuranceLife insurance with Short Term and Long-Term disability options401k with Company MatchTuition assistanceDiscounted room rates at Concord managed hotelsTraining & development and career advancement opportunitiesWhy Concord?
