Primary Care RN (Full-Time) - Seward, Alaska - Up to $15K Bonus

Job Overview Providence Medical Center in Seward, Alaska is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Primary Care Nurse, responsible for the care of residents in a specific group, supervising staff, managing referrals, and acting as the point of contact for patient information. Location: Seward, Alaska (Providence Seward Medical Center – 417 1st Ave, Seward). Hours: Full‑time, 36 hours per week with variable shift selections. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate resident care within assigned group. Supervise and work with nursing team members. Coordinate referrals to clinical support team, families, and physicians. Serve as point of contact for patient information and clinical updates. Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Licensed Alaska Registered Nurse upon hire. National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred: Minimum 6 months of nursing experience in a healthcare facility (acute, long‑term, rehabilitation) and prior supervision/leadership experience. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $43.12 – $66.95 per hour. Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full‑time external hires.
