• CMDB foundation setup, population and data modeling
• Flow Design for custom workflows or integrations
• Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design
• Business rule design and process analysis
• Test execution, defect triage and resolution

•Clear written updates and status reporting
•Proactive risk flagging to Project Manager

- Core delivery resource within the pod.
- Executes build tasks under direction of the architect and senior TC.
- Strong ServiceNow configuration and AI feature delivery.
