Installation Coordinator

*Inspection Coordinator * Reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity Confirming dates, customer status, and any past-due balances Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion Coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports Secondary responsibilities include supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects. On a daily basis, the Inspection Coordinator will also share phone coverage responsibilities with our Service Coordinator. Our branch does offer a designated \"Quiet Hour\", during which the role may step away from phone coverage to focus on scheduling and administrative work. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wall, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
