SMT Process Engineer: PCB Assembly & NPI

Peyton Resource Group is looking for an experienced SMT Engineer based in Plano, Texas. This role focuses on supporting and improving SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes to meet production and quality goals. You will develop and optimize processes, troubleshoot defects, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of SMT engineering experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
