Cleanroom conditions include humidity over 30%, temperatures between 60-70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses with no makeup or jewelry allowed. Engage in frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Understand and use PPE and chemical hygiene practices, including disinfectants and solvents. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift, occasionally lifting and handling up to 40 lbs unassisted.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
