Customer Solutions Associate

Job Description We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our MIR and AMMEGA Customer Service team. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to receive orders for products and installations via fax, e‑mail, phone, or through sales staff. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Research customer order history and review inventory for availability. Maintain and update customer files. Follow up on orders in progress and communicate order status with outside sales staff. Interact extensively with vendors and customers. Conduct product research through contact with vendors. Obtain pricing on purchases, generate and follow up on quotes. Answer phones promptly and professionally during office hours; handle filing, faxing, e‑mailing, and various office and clerical duties. Verify order accuracy when receiving vendor products. Allocate cost of inventory to orders. Transfer stock to other branches upon request. Contact customers to collect invoices that are past due. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and/or at least four (4) years of prior experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Leadership acumen and positive team spirit. Entrepreneurial and customer focus.
