Responsibilities

• The Banquet House Attendant assists in setting up functions for our group guests.
• Be attentive to the needs of all guests in the function spaces, providing them with dependable, prompts, and enthusiastic service.
• Monitor setup flow of upcoming BEO's and prepare a task list for the Banquet Manager to ensure rooms are set as needed for new events.
• Clean and maintain the condition of the Banquet rooms. Tasks include but are not limited to vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors or other surfaces, maintaining fireplaces, etc.
• Collect Banquet linen from the Laundry Department and keep it regularly stocked and organized in the storage room.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities.This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Some travel may be required.
• Applicants are required to have two to three years previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
