2026 YouthBuild Development & Communications VISTA- Compton

Compton YouthBuild, operated by EntreNous Youth Empowerment Services, helps young people ages 16–24 reclaim their education and career goals while contributing to their community. Through a blend of academics, leadership development, construction training, and life-skills coaching, participants earn high-school diplomas or equivalent credentials, gain industry-recognized certifications, and develop the confidence to thrive in college, skilled trades, or meaningful careers. The program’s holistic approach also provides counseling, service opportunities, and wraparound support so students can overcome barriers and create sustainable futures.
