Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist role in Mesa, AZ, reporting to the Digital Marketing lead. Seller's Advantage brings in a lot of leads through TV, radio, billboards, paid search and SEO. This role owns what happens after a lead comes in. You'll build and run our lead nurture and lead recycling programs in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). That covers: Re-engaging past leads that didn't close, cancelled, or went with another buyer A lifecycle sequence between intake and sales handoff, so leads stay warm while they wait Ongoing email and SMS campaigns that move warm leads toward a booked appointment You'll build the segments, triggers and completion actions, and write and edit your own email and SMS copy. You'll also work with our content editor on mid-funnel educational content. Once the core programs are running, you'll develop lead magnets and calculators to grow opt-ins and take on more digital marketing projects. This is a mid-level individual contributor role for someone who wants to build something and own the results. Qualifications Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience (required) Experience building segmented, triggered automation in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). HubSpot or Marketo experience is considered alongside strong Salesforce skills. Strong writing skills. You can draft email and SMS nurture copy without handing every message to another writer. A track record of owning a marketing program end to end, with results you can speak to Self-directed and technical enough to learn a tool or dataset once and run with it Nice to have: SMS platforms, landing page or form builders, basic HTML/CSS for email, and real estate or high-volume lead generation experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
