Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ communication needs
• Delivering therapy services through both one-on-one and group sessions
• Collaborating closely with teachers and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining accurate documentation and regularly communicating progress with families and the educational team

Preferred Background & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
• Current Ohio SLP license (CCC preferred)
• Previous experience working in school settings with children of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
