PRISM Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator II to provide comprehensive technical support for a mission-critical program. In this role, you must have experience in Windows Active Directory environments and can balance high-level system monitoring with hands-on troubleshooting via phone, email, and on-site support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• System Administration & Infrastructure Manage and maintain AD/DC components, including DNS, OUs, GPOs, ACLs, and account lifecycle management.
• Perform primary administration for file/print servers, domain controllers, and application servers in a Windows environment.
• Lead equipment installations, rack relocations, and wiring/cabling support.
• Systematically execute enterprise-wide upgrades, OS configurations, and performance tuning.
• Utilize SCCM, BigFix, SolarWinds, vCenter, and Splunk for system monitoring and deployment.
• Oversee security patching and routine software updates for both desktop and server environments.
• Monitor systems to ensure continuous alignment with enterprise-wide security and operational standards.
• Manage backup job creation, modification, and verification using tools like CommVault.
• Execute data replication, restoration, and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/SKILLS): Minimum 6 Years of IT experience in a Windows Active Directory environment. Specialized Expertise in at least one of the following tracks:

• Enterprise Customer Support: Extensive history providing IT Help Desk and technical support within a large-scale enterprise.
• IT Operations & Infrastructure: Proven background in network administration, IT operations, and hands-on hardware support.
• Active Directory: Deep familiarity with AD environments, including user management and group policy.
• Windows Ecosystem: Proficiency in supporting Windows-based systems, desktop applications, and enterprise networks.
