Post TitleAs a Project Manager, you lead construction and rehabilitation operations and are the primary contact for the Client. Your missions include: Leading projects while ensuring respect for costs, deadlines, and quality requirements; Ensuring the relationship with the Client and the contractual follow-up of operations; Leading and coordinating project teams and business experts (structure, HVAC, electricity, facades); Making technical choices and anticipating project risks and needs; Controlling the quality and compliance of studies and implementing necessary corrective actions; Participating in commercial proposals by bringing your project expertise.Candidate ProfileGraduated from a higher education background such as an Engineer or Master's degree (Bac +5), you have at least 5 years of experience in construction management or building engineering. You have experience in new construction and/or rehabilitation operations and are comfortable managing multidisciplinary projects. You can manage several operations in parallel while respecting the objectives. Remuneration between 45 and 60 K€ gross annual, depending on your experience, level of autonomy, and expertise.
