• Number of Beds - 16
• Number of Staff 60
• Type of staff: Day Shift 1 CNC/Charge RN, 8 RNs, 1 PCT (for census 14, 12 hours total/day 1000 - 2200)
• Night Shift 1 CNC/Charge RN, 8 RNs, 1 PCT (for census 14, 12 hours total/day 1000 - 2200)
• Patient Ratios 1 RN : 2 Patients
• Type of equipment Cardiac Monitoring, Ventilators, IV Pumps, Tube Feed Pumps
• EMR Meditech

• Skill Set
• Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Minimum 1-year current acute care ICU hospital experience
• ACLS, BLS & NIH
• Preferred or nice to have:
• candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Experience with medical ICU and neuro population
• Prior Meditech experience

Unit Guidelines/Policies:

We do have 24/7 physician coverage (intensivist, neuro-intensivist, trauma surgeon)
