If you are passionate about healthcare and eager to work in a position that challenges you to grow professionally, this opportunity is ideal for you.– Greet and room patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in process – Assist with scheduling patient appointments and managing patient flow – Answer phones and handle administrative communication effectively – Take vital signs and update patient records accurately – Draw blood and perform phlebotomy/venipuncture procedures with attention to detail – Administer vaccines and provide clinical support as needed – Support the clinical team in other duties to maintain a smooth workflow – Maintain a collaborative relationship with staff to ensure optimal patient care and clinic operations– Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship work – Strong phlebotomy or venipuncture skills required – Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems – Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills – Effective communication skills to interact with patients and staff – Strong computer skills for data entry and documentation– Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred – Bilingual abilities, including Spanish, are a plus – Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment – Willingness to work with patients age 2 and above – Schedule flexibility, including availability for multiple shifts within scheduled dates – Experience in primary care settings and familiarity with occupational health services, including non-DOT and DOT drug testing, is advantageousMake a meaningful difference in patient health and experience by applying your clinical skills in this rewarding environment.
