Associate Director, MMI Business Services (Posting for UNMC Employees Only)

POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY The Associate Director, MMI Business Office provides senior leadership and operational oversight in support of the Director of Financial and Administrative Services and the Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) mission. This role oversees day-to-day research administration, research financial management, business service operations, and compliance across 25 organizational units. Reporting to the Director of Financial and Administrative Services the Associate Director serves as a key advisor to department leadership and collaborates closely with Department Directors to support program growth, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The position provides supervision and leadership to professional and support staff and maintains strong partnerships with UNMC Sponsored Programs Administration and Accounting, UNMC Business and Finance, and other UNMC colleges and units to ensure effective financial and research management across the Institute. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Nebraska Medical Center
