Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, including receptionists, night audit personnel, and breakfast attendants to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and outstanding guest service.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information with professional phone etiquette.
• Oversee guest services, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure all guest needs are met with a positive attitude.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests and maintain hotel standards.
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, verify accuracy of billing, and prepare reports for management review.
• Implement hotel policies related to guest relations, safety protocols, and operational procedures to ensure compliance.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining high standards of hospitality management and guest engagement.
• Cover shifts during call offs, vacations and other requested time off.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services and hotel operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Experience with night audit procedures and managing multi-line phone systems is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and uphold high standards of hospitality.
