Graphic Designer

Role Summary As a Graphic Designer, you’ll primarily support our world-class marketing department while collaborating with teams across the company. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, stellar communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while exploring new tools and techniques to keep your work fresh. This role is onsite at least three days per week in our Baltimore, MD office. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop marketing campaign graphics, including landing pages, stock charts, graphs, report covers, and infographics for video and online assets Create logos and branding systems for stakeholders across the company Partner with developers to adjust HTML/CSS for improved customer experience Collaborate with marketers to plan A/B design tests and iterate based on results Design and lay out direct mail campaigns and other marketing-focused print collateral Work closely with copywriters and marketers to translate concepts into compelling creative Create engaging assets for social media channels Support cross-functional projects for websites, editorial needs, and other design requests. Qualifications: Must-Have Skills 5+ years as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar creative role Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field Strong foundation in core design principles and excellent typography Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals (infographics, charts, tables, layouts) Experience designing for digital and web, with familiarity in responsive and mobile-first concepts Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Ability to create and edit motion graphics (After Effects or similar) Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with video editing software Background in digital marketing, direct marketing, or direct mail Financial publishing experience Creative problem-solving with a positive, collaborative mindset Ability to assist or lead as needed; comfortable working independently and in teams Excellent organizational and communication skills Adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for learning new tools and staying current with design trends and software Software & Tools Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience with other Adobe apps and design platforms a plus (After Effects, Adobe XD, Canva, Figma) What We Offer Be part of a creative, fast-paced team that produces high-profile financial content.
