Idaho Launch Program Support Specialist

Required Skills & Experience:

Support students through the Idaho LAUNCH application and eligibility process

Explain requirements related to career pathway plans, residency verification, documentation uploads, deadlines, and contingent or final offers

Review and process documents including identification, transcripts, career pathway plan screenshots, medical documentation, and provider letters

Enter and maintain accurate applicant information, verification logs, residency documents, and extension requests

Monitor application statuses and track missing or incomplete information

Respond to questions from students, parents, schools, providers, and workforce partners by phone and email

Help resolve application, documentation, provider, and payment-related issues

Upload, organize, annotate, merge, and save PDF documents

Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to resolve applicant issues

Protect confidential applicant information and maintain organized digital records

Experience in customer service, administrative support, program support, or a similar role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience performing accurate, high-volume data entry

Strong document processing and digital record-management skills

Ability to review detailed information and identify missing or incorrect documentation

Experience managing a shared or high-volume email inbox

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple applicants, deadlines, and priorities at the same time

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow an issue through resolution

Ability to communicate professionally with students, parents, providers, and community partners

Comfortable learning and navigating online application, CRM, or grant-management systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Previous experience supporting a grant, scholarship, education, workforce development, or government program

Familiarity with Idaho LAUNCH program requirements and workflows

Experience using Scholarship Idaho or the Idaho Grant Management System

Experience reviewing residency, eligibility, transcript, or identification documentation

Experience working with schools, counselors, training providers, or workforce partners

Experience editing, combining, annotating, and organizing PDF files

Knowledge of applicant eligibility review, extension requests, or final-offer processing

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is looking for an Idaho LAUNCH Program Support Specialist to assist students, parents, training providers, and workforce partners throughout the Idaho LAUNCH application and eligibility process. This individual will help applicants understand program requirements, review and process documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide timely support by phone and email.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling a high volume of information, and able to communicate clearly with people who may need additional guidance through the application process.

Pay Rate: $20-$22
