This exempt, full-time role leads resident services at an assigned community, overseeing leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and daily operations to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-family management experience, knowledge of Entrata or similar software, strong communication skills, and a track record of marketing communities.
