Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures. Qualifications Current and active state Occupational Therapist Assistant license -or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program. Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments. BLS Certification.
