Registered Dental Hygienist – Compassionate, Relationship-Oriented Practice

Location: Northfield, Minnesota

What Sets This Role Apart

• Single-column scheduling
• 60-minute appointments for adult prophylaxis
• 90-minute sessions for new patients
• 90 minutes allocated for two quadrants of scaling and root planing (SRP)

We have designed our scheduling intentionally to ensure that hygienists are never rushed, allowing them to concentrate on thorough assessments, patient education, and personalized care.

Our hygienists work closely with doctors to identify concerns early and assist patients in understanding their options clearly and confidently. We prioritize integrity, long-term relationships, and care that patients recognize and appreciate.

QualificationsRequired

• Active RDH license in Minnesota
• Strong skills in periodontal assessment and communication
• Commitment to comprehensive, preventive care

Preferred

• Experience with digital workflows or intraoral scanners
• Interest in oral-systemic health
• Experience in a collaborative work environment

Schedule

We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.

Compensation

Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the responsibilities associated with the role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, and overall fit. Specific hours and benefits will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus will be offered to the selected candidate.
