Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Job Duties Assembling boxes and packing bagged product from the packaging tables into the cases Placing materials on pallets to inspect finished product and ensuring quality Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility Supporting your team as needed Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures. What You Will Do As a Warehouse Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations. Assembling boxes, packing bagged product from the packaging tables into the cases and placing them on pallets, inspecting finished product and assuring quality – Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility – Supporting your team as needed – and other duties as assigned. A Warehouse Packer contributes to warehouse success by selecting products, packing shipments, and supporting efficient inventory movement throughout daily operations.
