Responsibilities

• Produce high-qualitydiagnostic images usingvariousimagingmodalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI,andultrasound
• Preparepatientsfor imaging procedures, including explainingprocedures,positioning patients, and maintainingpatientsafety
• Operate and maintainimaging equipment, ensuring optimalperformance andsafety
• Collaborate withradiologists and otherhealthcareprofessionals toensure accurate diagnoses andeffective patient care
• Maintain accurate anddetailedrecords of patient imagingprocedures and results
• Participate inquality improvementinitiatives to enhancepatientcare and safety
• Provide exceptionalpatient care,including addressingpatientconcerns and providingemotional support

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degreeinRadiologyTechnology or related field
• Completion of aradiologytechnology program accredited bythe Joint ReviewCommittee on Education inRadiologic Technology (JRCERT)

Experience:

• 1-2 years ofexperience as aRadiologyTech in a hospitalorimaging centersetting
• Experiencewith various imaging modalities,includingX-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound

Skills:

• Strongunderstanding of radiologytechnology and imaging principles
• Excellentcommunication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to workeffectively in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Strong attention todetail and ability to maintainaccurate records
• Commitment todelivering exceptional patientcare and safety

Certifications/Licenses:

• ARRT (AmericanRegistry ofRadiologicTechnologists)certification inRadiography (R)
• Current statelicense as a RadiologyTech (if required)
