We do not require any professional driving experience and will train you to start a new, stable, and successful career. Comprehensive benefits package: (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (after waiting period) School Bus Driver Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid CDL with Passenger and School bus endorsements. Applicants should have a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screen. Ability to maintain outstanding attendance. Must be able to communicate professionally with staff, students, and parents with priority placed on customer service. Day to Day for our School Bus Drivers: Perform required pre-and post-trip inspections. Maintain safe driving practices, prioritizing defensive driving and student safety. Complete student attendance daily. Keep company equipment clean and free of damage. Work with the routing team and provide feedback on assigned routes including accurate pickup/drop off times, route path, and stop locations.
