Steady regional routes and practical dispatch support give experienced CDL-A drivers a workweek focused on productive miles, efficient freight handling, and consistent planning from one run to the next.

Drivers run 2,5002,600 miles per week with 8590% drop-and-hook freight. Dispatch works around available freight, driver hours, and home-time planning to support a practical regional operating schedule.

Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,600 per week while running 2,5002,600 miles. Additional earnings include detention pay, layover pay, holiday pay, accessorial pay, and optional hazmat opportunities.

Drivers are paid weekly through direct deposit. The mileage range and additional earning opportunities provide a clear pay structure for drivers who prefer regional work with a high percentage of drop-and-hook freight.

Drivers operate late-model Kenworth T680 automatic trucks equipped for regional work and extended time on the road.

The equipment provides practical comfort features for drivers spending multiple days on the road between scheduled home resets.

Drivers typically run 79 days followed by a full 34+ hour home reset.

Drivers have access to more than 30 terminals nationwide with clean showers, gyms, laundry facilities, and support services available while traveling throughout the regional network.
