Field And Experiential Marketing Manager

THE ROLE
This is a founding field marketing role at a company moving fast. You'll be the person who takes signed partnerships and big ideas and makes them real - on the ground, on time, and on brand.
You'll own the full lifecycle: standing up new activation opportunities alongside our Head of Partnerships, building the operational frameworks to execute them well, and reporting back to the organization with clarity and accountability. You're the connective tissue between Partnerships, Brand, Social, and Sales - the person who ensures that every activation we run is visible, measured, and feeding the broader business.
You should love logistics, hate wasted impressions, think about every activation as a content shoot - and be comfortable managing a wide ecosystem of external partners to make it all happen.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Activation Execution
- Festival & Partnership Activations. Own end-to-end execution of our Breakaway Music Festival partnership across all 14 summer events - footprint design, on-site staffing, sampling logistics, BA management, load-in/out, and post-event recaps. Follow and continuously improve our Tiered Activation Model operating framework.
