Our Plumbing Academy Program is designed to train and develop junior/entry-level plumbing apprentices through a structured, hands-on learning experience.Position Overview: We are currently hiring entry-level Plumbing Apprentices who are eager to learn and grow in the plumbing trade. This position begins with a 3–6 month introductory period where apprentices will:Assist experienced plumbing technicians on job sites (including running parts and tools)Work in our warehouse to gain foundational knowledge of parts, tools, and operationsAfter successfully completing the initial period, apprentices who demonstrate strong interest and aptitude may be invited to join the Plumbing Academy, a 3–6 month robust training program that includes:Online technical coursesIn-house training with seasoned professionalsRide-alongs with licensed plumbing techniciansPreferred Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, dispatch, automotive, delivery driving, data entry, customer service, or related rolesAspirations of entering the plumbing trade (or a similar skilled trade)Clean driving record (no negative points; positive points only)Preferably 21 years of age or olderAmbitious with strong initiative—able to take ownership of tasks and daily operationsEager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attendance and time management skillsStrong communication skills and attention to detailWilling to go above and beyond by learning new skills outside their core responsibilitiesOpen to cross-training on the dispatch deskWilling and able to work overtime as neededWhat We Offer:Paid, hands-on training and mentorshipCareer development through a structured programA clear path toward becoming a licensed plumbing technicianThe opportunity to join a well-established and growing companyA collaborative and fast-paced work environmentApply Today: Start your career in plumbing with My Plumber Plus!
