Tell us about the unit(s): Case Management and Social Work Dept

· Number of Beds – we cover the entire hospital – not one specific unit

· Number of Staff – 22

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 10 CMs, 3 SW, 2 CM Assist, 1 Mgr, 1 Director

o Night Shift - NA – no night shift coverage

· Patient Ratios – 20-25 pts/ RN, 50 pts/SW

· Type of equipment – Computer, phone, etc.

· EMR – Meditech/Meditech Expanse on 8/13

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Nurse – 2 years hospital CM experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Nurse – 2 years hospital CM experience

· Discharge planning, Interqual criteria to confirm patient status

Best personality Fit:

· Flexible, comfortable asking questions

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· None. Must have RN license

Floating Area(s):

· Any med-surge unit/ICU unit if needed

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - No scrubs. Business casual attire. May wear a plain white lab coat if owned.
