Forklift OperatorAbacus Staffing is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Aurora, IL. We are looking for dependable and safety-conscious individuals with experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks in a fast-paced distribution environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materialsPick customer orders using warehouse management systems and RF scannersReplenish inventory and perform stock movements as neededConduct equipment inspections before and after useMaintain accurate inventory counts and location trackingFollow all safety procedures and company policiesAssist with general warehouse duties when requiredRequirementsPrevious experience operating Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, and EPJAbility to pass a forklift assessment/certification processExperience using RF scanners preferredStrong attention to safety and accuracyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shiftReliable transportation and strong attendance recordSchedule1st ShiftMonday through FridayPay: $20.00/hour2nd ShiftMonday through FridayPay: $21.00/hourSchedules and overtime opportunities may vary based on business needs.BenefitsWeekly PayCompetitive Pay RatesOvertime OpportunitiesTemp-to-Hire PositionsCareer Growth OpportunitiesSupportive and Safe Work EnvironmentAbacus Staffing is dedicated to connecting skilled associates with rewarding employment opportunities.
