Now hiring for a Production Operator Location: Statesboro, GA Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hard Work. Good People. Fair Pay. We're hiring a Skilled Production Operator for the WCC Heat Pump Production Line on 1st shift. Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
• Warehouse or production experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Job Duties

• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment used to assemble heat pump units
• Follow work instructions and production specifications for the WCC Line
• Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Verify parts are installed and functioning properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Assist with general production and assembly tasks as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
