Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)The University of Iowa Community Clinics (UICC) is seeking a patient centered 70% (28 hours a week) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at our UICC River Crossing Family Medicine Clinic. This position will mainly support our Family Medicine Clinics but could float to other patient specialties/clinic locations including but not limited to: Pediatrics and/or Specialty/Outreach Clinics.For over 100 years, Iowa Healthcare's primary focus has been the health and wellness of our patients. This position also includes FREE on-site parking!Duties to include:Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered professional nurse.Participates in the development of nursing care plans and in the implementation of therapeutic program for patients.In less complex situations, may assume responsibility for directing and supervising assigned nursing personnel. (or surround clinics based on clinical need or hours)Pay Grade: 11 $31,819.03 - $47,399.69 (at 70% time) / Hourly: $21.77 - $32.43 (based on years of experience)Minimum Eligibility RequirementsLicensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or eligible for temporary work permit.
