Position Overview

The Termite Re-Inspector is responsible for evaluating properties previously treated or pre-treated for termites, ensuring continued protection and identifying any additional service needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and eager to support our mission of delivering an exceptional inspection experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of properties previously serviced for termite control
• Evaluate for additional service needs and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate team
• Apply pest control products in compliance with state regulations and product labeling
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every client interaction
• Attend all required training and obtain required licensing or certifications
• Adapt work schedule to meet customer needs, including occasional Saturdays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable accessing tight spaces or working at heights
• Prior experience or certification in pest control or landscaping is preferred
