What You Will Do: As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer. Process customer monthly payments. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed. Connect quickly; build and leverage client relationships.
