A high-performing ophthalmology practice is seeking a Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon to join its Long Island operations.
This role offers strong surgical demand with exceptional premium IOL and FEMTO utilization , along with mentorship support.
Compensation & Benefits- $350,000+ base + incentives
- High premium IOL conversion (90%+)
