Medical Receptionist / Medical Administrative Assistant

Medical Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Duties

Answer calls
Complete insurance verifications
Basic intakes and scheduling
Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims

Qualifications/Skills

Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team required
Strong organizational skills required
Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records required
Minimum 2 years experience
Behavioral health experience
Multi-tasking
Team player
Professional attitude
Time Management

Education:

Some college preferred

Compensation directly related to years of experience

Pay: $19 - 22/hr.
