Phone skills are absolutely non-negotiable and may not be less than excellent.ResponsibilitiesKindly greet customers in a timely manner and direct to correct departmentAnswer phones and transfer calls to appropriate departmentIssue gas cards for lot fuel and sold units, and post receiptsOrganize and reconcile keys for all vehicles - new and usedStock in incoming units from convoys, purchases, or dealer tradesDriver coordination for deliveries and moving vehicles between locationsMinor accounting duties and reportingBe able and willing to be cross trained for other positions in the office.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAutomotive experience preferredHighly organized and eagerness to improveWillingness to take initiativeComputer literacy, quality writing and grammar skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks easilyAbility to provide quality customer serviceWork with all levels of employeeClean driving record and valid driver’s licenseAt Smith Auto Family, our vision statement is "Families helping families."
