You will work closely with leadership to strengthen financial reporting, improve the month-end close, establish policies and procedures, and ensure the accounting function is prepared for the company's next stage. Key Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close and help improve the speed, accuracy, and consistency of financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial information, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for management reporting.
• Oversee accounting for fixed assets, revenue recognition, leases, and other technical accounting areas.
• Evaluate current accounting practices, identify gaps and risks, and recommend practical improvements.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to create a stronger and more consistent accounting environment.
• Help establish repeatable processes and documentation that can support the company's continued growth.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership to ensure business activity is properly reflected in the financial statements.
• Assist with audits, special projects, system improvements, and other initiatives as the organization expands.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close and preparation or review of financial statements.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, fixed assets, and lease accounting.
• Experience developing or improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and build practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both accounting and non-accounting teams.
