We offer customers a wide range of services, such as brakes, diagnostics, engine repair, air conditioning, suspensions, tires, alignments, electrical, scheduled maintenance, etc. Responsibilities As a store manager, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations. You will coordinate the workflow of techs, and you will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers. Qualifications 10+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred) Excellent communication and sales skills Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance ASE certification preferred Ability to multitask in fast paced environment Good computer and phone skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays Be able to pass background check Valid Driver's License High School degree, college preferred Job Type: Full‑time Pay: From $60,000 per year Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift 10 hour shift If you have experience leading and motivating a service team and want to work for a well known industry leader, apply TODAY! #J-18808-Ljbffr
